Return Eligibility
We encourage all customers to inspect their products immediately upon delivery. If you believe your order has arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible.
Products may be eligible for return only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The quantity delivered differs from the confirmed order.
- The product received is substantially different from the approved order specification.
To initiate a return request, customers must notify our support team within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products and B2B business model, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been used or consumed.
- Customized or private label products.
- OEM manufacturing orders.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Orders placed according to customer-specific requirements.
- Clearance, promotional, or discontinued products unless received damaged.
Eco Planet Global reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
Return Process
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Order Number
- Invoice Copy
- Product Name
- Quantity
- Reason for Return
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- Delivery date
Once your request is received, our quality assurance team will review the information and may request additional details if necessary.
If the return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization from Eco Planet Global.
Product Inspection
Returned products are inspected by our quality control team upon arrival at our facility.
Approval of refunds or replacements depends on the outcome of the inspection.
If the returned product is found to have been damaged due to customer negligence, improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized modification, the return request may be declined.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Eco Planet Global may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will generally be provided in cases involving:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
- Incorrect product dispatch
- Missing products within the shipment
Replacement orders will be processed after verification and approval by our support team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 7–15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, or other service charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Eco Planet Global.
Bulk Orders
As a B2B manufacturer, Eco Planet Global primarily supplies products in bulk quantities.
Bulk orders are manufactured or packed specifically according to customer requirements. Therefore, bulk orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.
Customers are encouraged to carefully verify product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, and delivery details before confirming their order.
If any issue arises regarding a bulk shipment, our team will work closely with the customer to determine an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or partial compensation where applicable.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
- Inform the delivery representative if possible.
- Contact Eco Planet Global within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report transit damage within the specified period may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
If production has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized products, OEM orders, private label manufacturing, and special production orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, any applicable deductions such as processing or administrative charges may apply.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Eco Planet Global shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, inaccurate contact details, or incomplete delivery instructions.
Additional shipping charges may apply if products must be re-dispatched.
Limitation of Liability
Eco Planet Global’s liability shall be limited to the value of the products purchased.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, storage, transportation, or resale of our products.
